4. Testing & Pre-Release Software

If you participate in our testing phases or early access programs, you acknowledge that the software is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or balancing issues. Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide regarding the game mechanics or visual elements become the property of TileMerge Lab, and we may use them without any obligation or compensation to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

TileMerge Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our games. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device malfunction, or interruptions during gameplay or testing phases.
